Who we are
Stichting Urban Street Forest is a Dutch ANBI-registered foundation based in Amsterdam founded in 2026 with KvK . Questions? Email info@urbanstreetforest.com.
What we collect
When you donate we collect your name, email address, donation amount and frequency, plus any dedication message you add. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. When you request our education package or contact us we collect your name, email address and organisation if you provide it.
Why we use it
To process your donation, send your receipt and ANBI details, deliver access to your treewallet account (if requested), answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about our projects.
How long we keep it
Donation records are kept for seven years to meet Dutch tax and accounting obligations. Contact data is kept until you ask us to remove it.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors we need to run the foundation: our payment provider, our email provider and our accountant. We never sell your data and we never share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its processing, or receive a copy. Email info@urbanstreetforest.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
We keep the site fast and light: no advertising trackers and no third-party profiling cookies. We only use what is strictly necessary to make the site and donation flow work.
